GLA Better Futures

Better Futures encourages London businesses to join its free Net Zero program, supporting SME leaders in reducing emissions and cutting energy costs. The initiative includes grants for innovation, an online learning portal, expert consultancy, a carbon calculator, personalized reduction plans, and a free energy audit. The goal is to equip businesses for sustainability.

Green Skills Partnership

London South East Colleges is leading an initiative with 12 colleges, 11 local authorities, and 30+ employers to promote green skills training in North, East, and South-East London. The DfE-funded project involves creating eight green skills laboratories, fostering career opportunities and building a skilled workforce. Businesses in the region are encouraged to collaborate for pioneering green skills delivery.
